A small firm, deliberately so.
Arenal Creative Brokers operates as a discreet commercial intermediary out of the United Arab Emirates. The firm is structured to do less, more carefully — focused on mandates where access, judgment and timing matter more than scale.
We work where transactions turn on judgment, not volume.
The interesting commercial routes — the ones worth structuring — rarely show up in databases. They emerge through context, timing and the willingness to say no to most of what crosses the desk. That is the work.
A licensed UAE intermediary, nothing more.
Arenal Creative Brokers is a brokerage and general trading firm registered in the RAKEZ free zone of the United Arab Emirates, structured as an FZ-LLC. The firm holds public broker services and general trading activity authorisations.
We are not investment advisors, asset managers, fund placement agents, or licensed financial counsel. Where mandates require those roles, we coordinate with appropriately licensed counterparties.
A consulting firm, a fund, or a marketplace.
We do not run advisory engagements priced by the hour, manage third-party capital, list opportunities publicly, or push deal flow into our network without context. The model is the opposite of broad outreach.
Each engagement begins by clarifying whether Arenal is the right vehicle at all. Most enquiries are politely redirected — that filtering is part of the value.
Three principles, repeated until they are habit.
Discretion before display
The firm’s public surface is intentionally limited. Mandates, counterparties, manager identities, document references and timelines are never exposed without explicit instruction. Discretion is operating practice, not branding.
Mandate before motion
No outreach is initiated without a clarified mandate — objectives, exclusions, geography and counterparty profile written down and confirmed. The discipline removes the ambiguity that destroys most brokered processes.
Jurisdiction over improvisation
The firm operates within its licensed scope. Where activity falls outside it — regulated finance, tax structuring, legal counsel — Arenal coordinates with the right partners rather than improvising. Always.
A jurisdiction chosen for its mechanics, not its skyline.
Ras Al Khaimah’s economic zone offers a precise combination — recognised free zone licensing, full foreign ownership, fast issuance, and an internationally accepted FZ-LLC vehicle. For a firm whose product is access and discipline, those mechanics matter more than postcode prestige.
